GARAKU — A Theatrical 6-Course Kaiseki Experience
Garaku presented an evening of elegance through a six-course menu, featuring seasonal expressions and a highlight course of Takeda 10 Wagyu with sansho and sugarloaf cabbage.
FIVE — An 8-Course Modern European Journey
Chef Hiroshi Manaka guided guests through a refined tasting menu that brought together Modern European technique and Japanese finesse, with dishes that balanced restraint and expression.
OMAKASE — Wagyu Omakase by Chef Takashi Yamamoto
Across three exclusive seatings, Chef Takashi Yamamoto returned with a Wagyu-focused omakase, showcasing his signature precision and fire-driven approach.
IBUSHI — A Robata-Driven Celebration
Ibushi offered a vibrant, fire-led dining experience, centred on its robata grill and signature dishes such as charred WA octopus, alongside seasonal selections designed for a lively evening.
It was a night that brought together craft, energy, and shared moments across the precinct—marking the close of one year and the beginning of another.
